Arpeggios

Arpeggios are broken apart Chords, the Notes are Picked one by one rather the strumming them as you would playing a regular Chord.
They are the Colorful parts of the Chord.

An example of an Arpeggio is, picture this:

G maj Chord - Which is G B and D - With Octaves added
the beginnings of the Arpeggio would be the G B and D Notes.

Example

-------3------G-------
-------0------B-------
-------0------G-------
-------0------D-------
-------2------B-------
-------3------G-------

So then the Arpeggio would be:

-----------------------
-----------------------
-----------------------
-----------------------
-----------------5-----
-----3-----7----------
   G       B      D

Building Arpeggios are fun and easy
Just use the Chord Formula located in the Building Chords section.

Example #1:

Major Chord = 1 3 5

C D E F G A B
1  2  3  4  5  6  7

---------------------
---------------------
---------------------
-----------------5---
-----3-----7---------
---------------------
   C       E       G

Example #2:
*You can add other Notes to it as well*
- Try adding a 7th

---------------------
---------------------
------------------4--
-------------5-------
---3----7------------
---------------------

Or an Octave

---------------------
---------------------
------------------5--
-------------5-------
---3----7------------
---------------------
