This section is designed as a warm-up. It's good to practice finger strength to warm-up your fingers so you're less likely to injure your fingers and wrists. If you're ever feeling strain or pain while playing please take a break.
It's good to start out slow and bring everything up to speed. Playing fast is fun but it only sounds good when all the notes are hit cleanly.

**Tip #1**
Remember when picking - Pick first with a down Stroke
then the next note with an Up Stroke.
**Tip #2**
You don't need to do all the patterns if you don't want to.
This section is just to warm-up and build strength.
